Hi, i don't know if this is the right place to ask but since i don't know where else i should do it, i'll do it here.
I work a lot with adobe premiere but my computer recently got re-installed. And i backed-up all of my files including the adobe premiere map in my documents. So i tried to open it today and it opened so i was happy it still worked Smiley but when i try to it in adobe premiere it says: Media Offline. It still has the movies in the timeline though and the sound does still work. I have had that before and i just restarted Premiere and it asked where some files where so i selected the right directory and it was all good again. But now it doesnt do that anymore and i already looked in the help file and it said i should Go to 'Project' and then click on 'Link Media' so i wanted to try that, but i can't click 'Link Media'. So now i can't continue my lfs movie. I hope that someone helps me out really fast. Thanks in advance

Are you trying to add new media to the movie? Because if so, go to file->import. But im sure you know better than that. :S

Yeah lol i didn't meant that but it's already fixed Smiley Thanks anyway i installed fraps again because it also said that it couldnt import because of the file format :S so i read on some site that i should reinstall fraps then. So it's fine now Smiley

Because it's raw, unpacked video. Use virtualdub to compress it if you need to.

Ok I must be an idiot coz noone seems to have asked this before. I opened the avi file that I captured from fraps in VirtualDub but how do u compress it? I followed the instructions from the 1st post of this thread but it seems like nothing happened?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ahh I messed around and got it! I did everything but Save As... lol Thanks!!! By the way, VirtualDub does not seem to capture my whole clip. The clip is like 3m20s long and VirtualDub stops it at around 3 min. Is that normal or is there a way to set it?
